Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Harborlight Maple Staffing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
