Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Stonegate Rook Community Partners runs community programmes across Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
