Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Cedar Quarry Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in New Orleans. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 549 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
