Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Rivermark Nest Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Houston, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
