Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vale Housing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
