Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Westbrook Drift Facilities looks after properties across the Chicago region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
