Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Meridian Care Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
