Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bright Forge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Albuquerque with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
