Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Kestrel Markets and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
