Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bright Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Hartford area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
