Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Summit Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Charlotte, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
