Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ivory Facilities and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
