Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Highbridge Maple Financial serves customers across Denver with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
