Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Westbrook Clear Freight Partners coordinates shipments and warehousing around San Diego. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We reward reliability. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
