Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Foxglove West Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
