Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Redstone Lakeside Freight Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
