Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Westbrook Wilder Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to premium billing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
