Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Lumen Pike Insurance Group is an insurance company in Buffalo with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer complaints. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
