Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Amberfield North Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Tulsa, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
