Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bright Yarrow Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Miami. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
