Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ember Housing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
