Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Silverline Pine Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Louisville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
