Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Ironwood Meridian Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Austin. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
