Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Quarry Environmental Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
