Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Summit Stone Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Jacksonville area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
