Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Northwind Meadow Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Portland. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
