Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Cobalt Property Management Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
