Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Raleigh, NC)

Fernwood Union Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
