Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Raleigh, NC)

Lumen Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Raleigh area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Families are partners. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
