Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Meridian Freight is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loads and lanes. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
