Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Oak Banking Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
