Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Providence, RI)

Fernwood Willow Community Partners runs community programmes across Providence. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Providence. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
