Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Linden Legal Group is a Providence practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
