Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lantern Community Partners Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
