Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Providence, RI)

Northwind Vista Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Providence. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
