Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Portland, OR)

Fernwood Bright Markets Group is a Portland retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
