Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Glen Facilities Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
