Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Portland, OR)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Portland. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
