Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Portland, OR)

Greenridge Oak Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Portland area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
