Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Haven Early Learning runs childcare centres in Pittsburgh caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
