Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Ivory Legal Group is a law firm in Pittsburgh serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
