Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Linden Health provides primary and specialty care in Phoenix. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
