Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Keystone Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
