Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Lumen Birch Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 793 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
