Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
