Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Bright Birch Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Phoenix area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
