Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Sable Financial Group is a financial-services company in Phoenix. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 632 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
