Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Field Staffing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
