Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Beacon Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Phoenix. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
