Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright Meadow Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Philadelphia, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
